The finals of the Peter Doherty Division of the Ed Burns Classic will have a local flare.
Hingham and Marshfield will meet in the finals next Sunday.
Marshfield handed Tewksbury its first loss of the season with a 3-2 win as Will Doherty scored the winning goal. Doherty also had an overtime winner in the first round as the No. 8 Rams upset top-seeded Arlington. Doherty scored two goals in the win on Sunday.
Nate O’Brien tallied the other goal for the Rams (11-4-1) while Brady Quackenbush made 22 saves. Nick Souretis had two assists.
Hingham, the No. 2 seed, jumped out to a 3-0 first-period lead and never looked back in a 7-0 win over Wellesley. Aidan Brazel scored a hat trick while Billy Jacobus had two goals. Joe Hennessey and Sean Garrity had solo tallies.

In the Walter Brinn Division, Canton defeated Natick, 2-1, to earn a spot in the championship on Sunday against Reading. AJ Thomas and Brennan Pecacaro scored the goals.

St. John’s Prep 2, BC High 1: The Eagles dropped the Catholic Conference game.
Framingham 6, Weymouth 5: The Wildcats lost in the Ed Burns Classic consolation game.
Braintree 6, Winchester 0: Nolan Leonard had a hat trick and an assist while Jack Fitzgerald recorded the shutout in net for the Wamps (11-3-1) in the Ed Burns Classic consolation game. Larry Graziano added a goal and 2 assists.
GIRLS HOCKEY
Bishop Feehan 4, Mansfield/Oliver Ames/King Philip 1: MOA dropped the non-league game.
Nantucket 4, Marshfield 2: Kayla Leonard and Hannah Cochran scored in the loss.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Archbishop Williams 66, Duxbury 62 (OT): The Bishops picked up the non-league win in overtime.
Brockton 63, Whitman-Hanson 54: The game was tied late in the fourth quarter, but the Boxers pulled away late to earn the win.
BC High 81, Milford 42: The Eagles won the non-league game.
Holbrook 67, South Shore Tech 47: Armani Perkins scored 31 points to lead the Bulldogs (10-5), who qualified for the tournament with the win. Malachi Desire (13 points) and Daveon Scott (12) also contributed. Michael McGuirk (13 points) and Jesse Lyons (10) were in double figures in the loss for the Vikings (4-7).
GIRLS BASKETBALL
East Bridgewater 60, Mashpee 37: Sophie Bradbury scored a team-high 17 points to lead the Vikings (13-1). Haley Murphy and Allie Pechulis both scored 11 points while Erin Condon, a senior captain, played strong defense.
South Shore Tech 66, Holbrook 41: Ellery Campbell starred with 34 points and 14 rebounds for the Vikings (12-2). Mia Bradshaw also had a double (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Alex Collins chipped in 12 points.
Mansfield 45, Fontbonne 32: Junior captain Alix Abelard was named to the all-tournament team in the Hopes for Heart Tournament.
SWIMMING & DIVING
Bridgewater-Raynham places well at SEC Championships: The B-R boys finished undefeated in Southeast Conference and followed that up by winning the league championships on Saturday. The B-R girls finished second in the league.
In the boys meet, Cam Hogg won the 100 yard butterfly and 100 breast title. Jack Werb took the 200 IM. That duo formed half of the league champion 200 medley relay (along with Trevor Convent and Cole Bridges) and 400 free relay (along with Cooper Hammond and Bridges).
In the girls meet, Lily Martin (200 free, 100 fly) and Jessie McNeil (200 IM, 100 breast) were double individual champs. Kiley George won the 100 back. George, Eva Chaves, Martin and McNeil combined to win the 200 and 400 free relays.
GYMNASTICS
Weymouth fourth at Bay State Championships: The Wildcats placed fourth on Saturday (find highlights here) as they scored 133.05 points as team. Maggie Lynch was second in the all-around (36.04) and earned all-star honors. She finished third overall in the floor. Lynch was also voted Senior Gymnast of the Year, which is determined by a vote from the coaches and players.
Pembroke/Silver Lake 139.2, Hingham 134.45: Pembroke/SL’s Kenzie Mackinaw (35.5) beat out Hingham’s Elizabeth Schembri for first place in the all-around.
Pembroke/SL’s Ava Dorsey won the vault and floor while Brooke Bonwitt took the beam.
