Tuesday turned out to a big day for Patriot League golf.
Duxbury received seven scores in the 30s to defeat Whitman-Hanson, 230-278, and cap off an undefeated (16-0) season. Behind a balanced effort with four medalists, Plymouth North defeated Silver Lake, 202-217, to clinch a tournament spot. Over at Widows Walk, Scituate defeated Pembroke, 249-292, to claim the Patriot League Fisher Division title for the third consecutive season. Quincy defeated Plymouth South, 257-265, to earn its first trip to the tournament in 40 years.

Owen Hamilton (37), Henry Macquarrie (38), Nathan Elliott (38), Devin Kenneally (39), Ryan Sherwood (39), Zach Hamilton (39) and Peter Evans (37) all shot in the 30s at Duxbury Yacht Club (par 36) for the Dragons. Pat McBroom, who will represent W-H as an individual in the state tournament, turned in a 40.

Wade Bailey, Sam Magnerelli, Drew Adair and Spencer Katz all shot 33s to share the medalist for Plymouth North.
Austin Ryan earned the medalist for Scituate (14-3, 14-2 in Patriot) with a 1-under 36. John Kinsley (38), Joey Donovan (40) and Evan Nelson (42) also played well.

BOYS GOLF
Hanover 233, North Quincy 256: Chris Doherty shot a 1-over 35 while Charlie Cataldo shot a 38 to lead the Hawks to the win. Ian Ronan led the Raiders with a 37.
Hingham 237, Hanover 267: Carson Erick (35), Luke MacDonald (37) and Will Croteau (38) all played well.
Archbishop Williams 165, St. Mary’s (Lynn) 139: The Bishops (9-7), who play in the sectionals next week, were led by Andrew Marcotee (32 points) and Quinn Cesarz (28).
GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
Middleboro 18, Rockland 41: Ally Kirkpatrick took first for the Sachems (5-1).
Holbrook/Avon def. Bishop Connolly: Holbrook/Avon won via forfeit but Holbrook’s Ayane White was the tough finisher.
BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
Middleboro 19, Rockland 37: Lekan Sotonwa took first as the Sachems improved to 5-1.
Holbrook/Avon 27, Bishop Connolly 33: Avon’s Robby Moyes was second.
Brockton wins MSTCA Fort Devens Invitational: On Saturday, the Boxers won the invitational as 10 athletes earned medals.
GIRLS SOCCER
West Bridgewater 5, Holbrook 2: Kylie Fuller (two) Rachael Genuich (two) and Eva Adams scored goals for the Wildcats (10-1) while Emma Lavoie and Chloe Hulme played well defensively.
Hingham 4, Silver Lake 0: Olivia Sharkansky, Emily Gibbons, Ava Maguire and Sophie Reale had the goals for the Harborwomen. Alexa Varholak, Maddie Aughe and Reese Pompeo played well on the back line.

On Saturday, Gibbons and Reale each had a goal and an assist in the win on Saturday in a 4-0 win over Plymouth North. Sharkansky and Alex Higgins had solo tallies.
Whitman-Hanson 3, Plymouth North 1: Olivia Borgen scored all three Panther goals.
Westport 5, Avon 1: Brynn Gaynor scored Avon’s lone goal.
Middleboro 4, New Bedford 0: Following a scoreless first half, the Sachems (2-5-3) exploded for four in the second half. Elleanna Bush scored two of those and assisted on Kaleigh MacCurtain and Jocelyn Bush’s goals. Alexandria Birkett and Hannah Larson recorded the shutout in goal.
Hanover 9, Quincy 0: Senior Cara Jenkins, Junior Mary Carven, and Freshmen Hannah Geary all scored for the Hawks.
Cardinal Spellman 1, Brockton 0: Mary Heffernan finished a cross from Marina Duffy for the winning goal for the Cardinals (5-4-1) on Saturday. Jesss Pulsifer made five saves in the shutout effort. On Monday, the Cardinals lost to Ursuline, 3-2, despite goals from Kaci Belmont and Emma Pero.
Hingham 4, Plymouth North 0: Emily Gibbons and Sophie Reale each had a goal and an assist in the win on Saturday. Olivia Sharkansky and Alex Higgins had solo tallies.

Norwell 1, East Bridgewater 0: Anthony Patete made 17 saves in the loss.
Hanover 3, Quincy 1: The Hawks (4-8-1) won the Patriot League game.
North Quincy 2, Scituate 2: The Raiders and Sailors played to a tie.
Whitman-Hanson 2, Plymouth North 2: The Blue Eagles tied the game with 2:05 remaining to spoil the upset bid for the Panthers (1-7-4). Ethan Fostello and Manny Osorio scored for W-H.
Hingham 3, Silver Lake 1: The Harbormen won the Patriot League game.
Cardinal Spellman 10, St. John Pal 0: Alex Kuzmich scored four goals and added an assist as the Cardinals (9-0-2) remained undefeated with a win on Monday. Melvin Alves added a goal and three assists. Danny Sweeney and Elijah Donohue both scored their first goals of the season.
Abington 2, Atlantis Charter 1: The Green Wave shook off a 1-0 halftime deficit on Monday with goals from Chris Ferreira and Aidan Grafton.
Pembroke 4, Plymouth South 2: Ethan Sullivan scored a pair of goals as the Titans (9-2-1) qualified for the postseason. Andrew Gleason and Declan Crowley also scored while Matt McAuliffe had two assists.
BC High 1, St. John’s (Shrewsbury) 0: Senior Sam Wolf scored off an assist from senior Captain Malcolm Flaherty for the Eagles (9-3-1). Senior Jimmy Flaherty had five saves for his fourth consecutive shutout.
FIELD HOCKEY
West Bridgewater 3, Westport 1: Rachel Smith, Kiera O’Connell and Abby Matta scored in the win while Isabelle Waldron and Lily Martell played well defensively.
Notre Dame Academy 1, Cohasset 0: The Skippers drop to 8-4 on the season.
Bishop Stang 2, Middleboro 0: The Sachems lost the non-league game.
Stoughton 3, Milford 1: Ella Anderson, Carly Sanda and Zofia Bangs scored goals for the Black Knights.
Hingham 5, Marshfield 2: Kyle Wilson scored a hat trick as the Harborwomen (9-1-1) won on Saturday. Kenzie Wilson and Julia Glennon each had a goal.
GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Southeastern 3, Bishop Connolly 0: The Hawks earned the sweep.
North Quincy 3, Millis 0: Bryanna White played well in the sweep (25-19, 25-22, 25-16).
Oliver Ames 3, Mansfield 1: Sophomore Sarah Hilliard finished with 24 kills, 10 digs and six aces as the Tigers rallied back after dropping the first set (23-25, 25-14, 25-22, 25-21). Hadley Rhodes (27 assists, seven kills), Maddie Homer (36 digs) and Courtney Raymond (seven kills, four aces) also played well.
Hingham 3, Plymouth North 0: Maureen Koenen and Alex Kennedy played well for the Harborwomen in the sweep (25-20, 25-11, 25-7).
Quincy 3, Rockland 2: The Presidents won the thriller with a 16-14 win in the fifth set.
Hanover 3, Weymouth 0: The Hawks earned the sweep on Monday (25-8, 25-21, 25-20) as Allie Calabro (eight aces, four kills) and Bella Pineau (11 kills, two blocks) played well.
